
John Rabe Jr. has been awarded the Presidential Scholarship and the King's Scholar Award to attend The King's College in New York City. He will be studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics there in the fall. John has graduated from Sola Fide Academy home school with a 3.89 GPA. His classload included online classes taught at Veritas Press Scholars Academy, a classical Christian school. He was also dual-enrolled in his junior and senior years at Bryan College, where he earned a 3.95 GPA and was named a Presidential Scholar. In addition, he studied politics with The King's College in his senior year. He was offered scholarships by Hillsdale College, Bryan College and Grove City College. During high school, John was awarded the National Merit Scholarship Letter of Commendation and was named to the National Society of High School Scholars. He has been involved in debate, baseball and the New Life Baptist Church youth group and has enjoyed working as an umpire to earn money for college.
